HOW TO CANCEL

You can send a cancel request on customercare@bellagiohome.online the order can only be cancelled if it is not shipped.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

You can return or exchange the order within 3 days of delivery of the product, to return / exchange please mail us at customercare@bellagiohome.online .

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome exchanges on the following terms -

• If a wrong product has been received 
• If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product
• If the product is received in a damaged condition
• or any other reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer.

All return packages must be in the original packaging together with a copy of the invoice

HOW TO GET A REFUND

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer ( Please provide your account details for the same ) Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your bank-statements.

Shipping

Products will be delivered within 5-7 working days if not earlier. We have tied up with some of the reputed courier service providers to ensure prompt and safe delivery to your doorstep.
