How to Cancel an Order

You may request to cancel your order by emailing us at customercare@bellagiohome.online. Please note, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of product delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at customercare@bellagiohome.online.

We offer a flexible and customer-friendly return policy. Returns and exchanges are welcomed under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong product
• You identify a manufacturing defect in the product
• The product arrived damaged
• Any other valid reason clearly mentioned by the customer

All returns must be sent in their original packaging, along with a copy of the original invoice.

How to Get a Refund

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our warehouse.

• Prepaid orders will be refunded directly to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer. Please provide your bank account details when requesting the refund.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement.

We aim to deliver products within 5–7 working days, and often sooner.
